UNI Global Union Infographics for the “What is the Future of Care in Europe?” report

To engage with their diverse audience of stakeholders, empowering them to continue their advocacy for workers across the globe.

The report, "What is the Future of Care in Europe?", tackles the critical challenges facing healthcare systems and care workers across Europe.

One of the main issues highlighted in the report is the brain drain of healthcare workers migrating from poorer countries to wealthier ones, further weakening health systems in developing nations. To effectively communicate the key findings and data, Optima was tasked with creating a set of infographics that would not only be impactful within the report but could also be easily adapted for online use and social media posts.
